WOW! What a journey it's been. I can't believe the difference in those two photos. She is amazing!
This post brought tears to my eyes only because I know how amazing this gift of one year with your baby (with many more to follow) is! I am so excited and happy for you guys! Oh how she has flourished under her new circumstances! Happy one-year as family! We think of you often.
